At Simris, we are committed to indisputable quality and customer satisfaction, and hope you'll love our products as much as we do. Should you for any reason not be happy with our products, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will refund the full cost of the product(s), less shipping costs. Please write to us with your return requests at email@example.com, and include the following info in your email: name, date of purchase and reason for wanting to return the product. We will get back to you asap with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions. Please note that all returns must be approved by us and have an RA number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received in accordance with our instructions, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If any items are defective or damaged, we will happily replace them with a new product. Please contact us at email@example.com for instructions on how to receive your exchange item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
